Preparing for success.
Inspiring learners for life.

Ensuring our children, whether they leave at 4+ or 7+, are prepared for the next step in their learning journey and equipped to face life’s challenges.

Our high teacher-to-pupil ratio allows us to extend and enrich the curriculum, exploring topics in greater depth with a strong emphasis on pastoral care. Each child is valued as an individual, and we prioritise an open and honest approach to communication with parents.

It's a nurturing and gentle environment that cultivates a love of learning - meaning the three Rs seem to build by stealth. The teachers are fantastic - capable and warm. And we also love the parent community.

Growing healthy mindsets, caring hearts and a strong foundation for lifelong learning.

Our holistic, nurturing, and innovative approach to childcare and education aims to create a warm, loving 'home from home' where every child can truly thrive. Our goal at The Villa is to nurture each child’s unique talents and passions. We believe in creating a supportive and caring environment where children can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. By teaching a growth mindset curriculum, we encourage curiosity, resilience, and a love of learning. Our focus on character development, empathy, and well-being helps children build the confidence and skills they need to overcome challenges and reach their full potential. We’re committed to laying a strong foundation for a bright future, where every child can become a confident, curious, and caring citizen of the world.

Our Vision & Mission
Our Approach
Dedicated to nurturing and empowering young minds to thrive.

We achieve outstanding results by staying true to our beliefs and supporting every child to develop their talents and passion to excel both in the classroom and in life. The early years at nursery and school are a crucial period in childhood development. Consequently, our guiding ethos is centred on providing dedicated support and care. At the same time, we equip children with essential educational, emotional, and social tools as they prepare to leave us at age seven.

Nourishing minds for over 25 years.

Since our humble beginnings in 1997, we have evolved from a cosy nursery with just ten children into a vibrant hub of excellence for early learning and care.

By 2001, we expanded to include a Pre-Prep school, and in 2012, we made a significant advancement by acquiring the adjacent property. This expansion enabled us to double our capacity and extensively modernise our facilities.

Our building beautifully retains its original façade while offering modern, purpose-built, and well-lit classrooms. Today, our Nursery team provides care for 124 children daily, while approximately 55 children benefit from our Pre-Prep school.

Our History
Our Facilities

A modern, purpose-built home from home for children to explore.

Every detail at The Villa is carefully considered to create a nurturing environment where children can grow, learn, and flourish. Our spacious, light-filled learning areas and exceptional outdoor environments inspire creativity and adventure, and make learning the focus of each child's day. Each classroom is designed to meet diverse learning needs, helping every child to thrive and reach their full potential. Our welcoming hall serves as a vibrant space for assemblies, sports, dance, yoga, and school lunches, fostering a sense of community and joy. For our youngest children, we provide cosy nappy-changing areas, soft sleep mats for nap time, and inviting book corners and safe spaces in every classroom. Our on-site kitchen prepares healthy, fresh meals daily, ensuring every child is well-nourished and cared for.

Every single aspect of what makes The Villa so special is conceived by the passions, knowledge and dedication of our teaching and support staff. And there's no better way to find out about all of the extra lengths we go to, than by reading from the people taking care of your children.

Hear from our brilliant team

The classroom is a cornerstone of education, but it's not the only place where learning can flourish at The Villa Pre-Prep.
